Terms of Service

1. Audience & Eligibility

• The Service is designed primarily for Sixth Preparatory (السادس الإعدادي) students.
• Typical users are 17–19 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parent/guardian consent (or school consent where applicable).
• Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Privacy & Data Use (Summary)

• Analytics only: We use Mixpanel as our only third-party analytics provider to understand usage and improve the Service.
• No AI/LLM training: We do not use your personal data, content, prompts, inputs, messages, or answers to train any AI/LLM models. We also do not allow any third-party providers we use to train their models on your data or your content from the Service.
• Your rights: You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Google Services (If You Connect Them)

If you sign in with Google or connect Google APIs, we comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use). We only use Google data to provide user-facing features you request, don't use it for advertising or AI training, and don't transfer it except as needed to operate those features.

4. Your Content

• "Content" includes anything you submit or generate in the Service (e.g., prompts, files, answers, saved outputs).
• You retain ownership. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display your Content solely to operate, maintain, secure, and support the Service and to meet legal obligations.
• You must have the rights to the Content you submit.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights (IP, privacy, publicity).
• Upload malware or try to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use the Service to cheat, violate school or exam rules, spam, or create harmful/illegal material.
• Bypass access controls, quotas, or rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

• Mixpanel is used for analytics only.
• If you connect third-party accounts (e.g., Google), their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

We (and our licensors) own the Service's software, design, and content. Other than the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted.

9. Feedback

If you send suggestions, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use them without obligation to you.

10. Fees (if applicable)

We may offer free and paid plans. Prices, taxes, and billing terms are shown at checkout or in your account. Paid plans renew automatically unless you cancel as described on the site.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or as required by law.

Sections that should reasonably survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive termination.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising out of your Content or your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Changes

We may modify the Service and these Terms. If changes are material, we'll notify you (e.g., by email or on-site notice). Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where we are established. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under local law.

17. Export & Sanctions

You may not use the Service if barred under applicable export control or sanctions laws.

18. Severability; Entire Agreement; Assignment

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

These Terms (plus our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

You may not assign your rights without our written consent; we may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
