By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Audience & Eligibility
- The Service is designed primarily for Sixth Preparatory (السادس الإعدادي) students.
- Typical users are 17–19 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parent/guardian consent (or school consent where applicable).
- Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Privacy & Data Use (Summary)
Our Privacy Policy (linked on the site) explains data categories, purposes, retention, and your rights. It is part of these Terms.
- No Third-Party Analytics: We do not use any third-party analytics tools to track your usage.
- No AI/LLM training: We do not use your personal data, content, prompts, inputs, messages, or answers to train any AI/LLM models. We also do not allow any third-party providers we use to train their models on your data or your content from the Service.
- Your rights: You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Third-Party Authentication Services
Google Sign-In
If you sign in with Google or connect Google APIs, we comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use). We only use Google data to provide user-facing features you request, don't use it for advertising or AI training, and don't transfer it except as needed to operate those features.
Apple Sign-In (iOS)
If you sign in with Apple on iOS devices, we use Apple's authentication services to verify your identity. We receive your email address (which may be a private relay address if you choose to hide it), your name (only on first sign-in), and a unique identifier.
- We comply with Apple's Sign in with Apple guidelines.
- We respect your choice to hide your email using Apple's Private Email Relay.
- You can revoke access anytime from your Apple ID settings.
4. Your Content
- "Content" includes anything you submit or generate in the Service (e.g., prompts, files, answers, saved outputs).
- You retain ownership. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display your Content solely to operate, maintain, secure, and support the Service and to meet legal obligations.
- You must have the rights to the Content you submit.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe others' rights (IP, privacy, publicity).
- Upload malware or try to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Use the Service to cheat, violate school or exam rules, spam, or create harmful/illegal material.
- Bypass access controls, quotas, or rate limits.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. AI Features & Outputs
Some features may use AI to generate or transform content. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete.
Use your judgment and follow your school's rules. The Service doesn't provide professional (legal/medical/financial) advice.
7. Third-Party Services
- We do not use any third-party analytics services.
- If you connect third-party accounts (e.g., Google, Apple), their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
We (and our licensors) own the Service's software, design, and content. Other than the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted.
9. Feedback
If you send suggestions, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use them without obligation to you.
10. Fees & Subscriptions
We may offer free and paid plans. Prices, taxes, and billing terms are shown at checkout or in your account. Paid plans renew automatically unless you cancel as described on the site.
Apple App Store Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, your purchase is subject to Apple's terms and conditions, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or as required by law.
Sections that should reasonably survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive termination.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising out of your Content or your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Changes
We may modify the Service and these Terms. If changes are material, we'll notify you (e.g., by email or on-site notice). Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where we are established. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under local law.
17. Export & Sanctions
You may not use the Service if barred under applicable export control or sanctions laws.
18. Severability; Entire Agreement; Assignment
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
These Terms (plus our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
You may not assign your rights without our written consent; we may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
